    It seems homosexual people are getting married. It seems they are getting their commitals/weddings/unions photographed. What does their “right” to do these things have to do with requiring Elaine Huguenin to take their picture? One of the arguments I heard for homosexual marriage was that it doesn’t affect heterosexuals who want to marry. Why doesn’t the same argument apply to the photographer here? How does her declining to photograph a homosexual ceremony (for any reason) detract from the ceremony? “Live and let live” in this context means get a homosexual photographer or someone else who wants the job.
