The five most pressing needs of pastors

  1. Rolland Remmert says:

Being a lifelong LC-MS member and working together with clergy in my role of a RSO development professional, I feel that modern pastors should be given the opportunity to be old time pastors. Pastors should neither be forced to take on the role of business directors nor get in a power struggle to take command of that position. Pastor’s should put the personal needs of their flock next to giving the proper message of the Good News. When you don’t see your pastor for months when illness or other personal issues push you out of the mainstream, you wonder where the parish’s spiritual leadership has gone amiss.
