Both the EdD and the more research-intensive PhD are online programs with a dedicated focus on work-life balance.

Immerse yourself in research seminar courses that offer a structured roadmap to assist you through the dissertation process. With a dedicated research chair by your side, you'll receive continuous support and valuable feedback as you craft each chapter of your dissertation.
Education Options
District Administrator (Superintendent) license:
Do already have your master's and are looking to become a District Administrator along with earning your EdD? Fifteen credits from our District Administrator licensure program can transfer into our EdD program, meaning you'll only have 45 credits left to complete.

Embark on a detailed journey with our fully online 60-credit curriculum, inclusive of four innovative research courses, each meticulously crafted to guide you on your path to securing your PhD distinction.

Tuition Reimbursement
Your employer/school district may offer tuition reimbursement, minimizing the cost to you. Ask your HR department if you are eligible.
