A Directors Retreat scheduled for July 31-Aug. 2 in Atlanta has been postponed by the Open Arms Institute, its sponsor.
The retreat — planned for Open Arms child-care center directors and assistant directors — will be offered at a later date, likely in late September or early October.
In a July 16 email, the institute said it has learned that “several schools across our country are starting earlier than anticipated,” which “has made it difficult for directors to break away from their schools” to attend the retreat.
