The Lutheran Witness welcomes notices 50 words or less from LCMS congregations about their upcoming “milestone” anniversaries. Christus Victor Lutheran Church, Knoxville, Tenn., is celebrating its 50th anniversary May 6. There will be food and drinks to follow plus some sharing from charter member. Dr. Paavola will be here to share in the day as well.
Immanuel Lutheran Church, Beemer, Neb., is celebrating its 150th anniversary Sunday, July 8. We will celebrate at our annual Mission Fest service, with guest preacher, Rev.
