Concordia International School Shanghai (CISS) seeks a new head of school beginning July 2021.
The ideal candidate will be globally minded, empathetic, energetic and innovative. He or she must be a strong communicator, an ordained or rostered member of the LCMS, and a seasoned leader with the experience to navigate a complex and ever-evolving international context.
In cooperation with the LCMS, the CISS search committee will identify finalists to invite to the CISS campus in the fall of 2020. The visit will include opportunities for the candidates to interact with all stakeholders. CISS appreciates the Synod’s partnership and the support and prayers of all during the search process.
