Mediation between defendants The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, Lutheran Church Extension Fund and the Concordia University System and plaintiff HotChalk, Inc., has concluded the litigation HotChalk brought in early 2020. While we deny the allegations made by HotChalk, we are glad that the matter has been resolved so that we can refocus our energies and resources on the future of Lutheran higher education in ways that clearly proclaim Christ and Him crucified to all who attend our institutions.
