- Early Childhood faculty: Responsibilities include teaching professional education courses; appropriate specialty-methods courses; academic advising; committee work; and coordinating the newly developed Early Childhood Education Program. Candidates for this position must also possess a master’s degree in early childhood education.

Lutheran Hour Ministries, St. Louis, an international Christian media outreach organization, seeks a visionary leader to head its North American Ministries programs as director. Candidates must have a mass-media programming background, with experience in direct marketing, radio, TV, and Internet technology.
The director of North American Ministries must have a minimum of five years experience in a management role sufficient to lead, manage, and motivate a large staff with diverse program-management responsibilities, plus be able to work in a team environment, collaborating effectively with volunteers, staff, and church leaders of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod and Lutheran Church–Canada. The director also must have vision to develop creative, new programs, be able to develop strategic mission plans, and have the ability to put ideas and planning into practical action. Candidates must be spiritually mature, act consistently with the convictions of the LCMS and LCC, and be members in good standing of a congregation of either denomination. A bachelor’s degree is required.
