Lutheran Senior Services (LSS) seeks a chaplain. Lutheran Senior Services has a long history of providing premium residential care for older adults. This is a new position for an experienced chaplain to serve two new LSS continuing-care retirement communities located in Columbia and Jefferson City, Mo. The chaplain is responsible for the spiritual care for staff, residents, and their families by teaching, preaching, and providing pastoral care, as well as coordinating volunteer spiritual care assistance. Qualifications include an M.Div. or its equivalent; ordination; a personal, pastoral presence; four units of C.P.E. preferred; and denominational endorsement.
