Guest leaders introduce new biblical stewardship program

Pastors (both active and retired) and laypeople who want to help congregations talk more about ministry and less about money are invited to become a certified Consecrated Stewards “guest leader.”

LCEF’s Capital Funding Services hosts training sessions on how to present the Consecrated Stewards program to congregations.  The guest leader keeps the four-week emphasis on track, making on-site visits and working with the congregation’s Consecrated Stewards committee.  Guest leaders receive an honorarium, determined by individual district offices.

To date, 63 people from 28 districts have participated in guest leader training and earned certification.  The next training session is scheduled for Jan. 16-17 in St. Louis.  For more information about that session or the Consecrated Stewards program, visit www.lcef.org or call (800) 843-5233.
