The colleges, universities, and seminaries of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod admit students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the college, university, or seminary.  While the colleges and seminaries of the Synod give preference to members of the Lutheran faith, they do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin in administration of their educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other college or seminary administered programs.
