Fort Wayne sem offers tour of England, Scotland

Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, is sponsoring an 11-day tour of England and Scotland this summer.

Highlights of “The BMelrose Abbeyest of England and Scotland” tour, July 23-Aug. 2, will be “cathedrals, castles, pageantry, history, good food, and fellowship,” according to a seminary press release.  Tour sites include London, Stratford, Salisbury, Bristol, Bath, Stonehenge, York, Oxford, and Edinburgh.

Hosting the tour will be seminary President Dean Wenthe and his wife, Linda; Rev. Wayne Graumann, chairman of the seminary’s Board of Regents, and his wife, Kathy; and Dr. Cameron MacKenzie, professor of historical theology at the seminary, and his wife, Meg.

The tour is priced at $2,979 from Chicago and $2,999 from Houston (per person, based on double occupancy), and includes round-trip airfare, lodging at first-class hotels, daily continental breakfast, and six dinners.
