The Board of Directors of the Central Illinois Lutheran Camp Association (Camp CILCA) is seeking an energetic person to serve as executive director for its outdoor ministries.
For nearly 60 years Camp CILCA, located outside Springfield, Ill., has worked to foster and strengthen faith in Jesus Christ and relationships in a unique outdoor setting. The director is responsible for the management, supervision, and control of the programs, business, personnel, and site affairs of Camp CILCA. This full-time position has seasonally variable hours.
Salary is commensurate upon experience and education. Benefits include health insurance, disability benefits, and Concordia Plans Retirement. Dependent coverage is negotiable. The director and family are provided with a house on the camp property.
