This year’s Christmas card from the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League “celebrates the light of the angels announcing that Christ, the Light of the World, is born,” according to its designer, 
The outside of the card has the message: “A Savior Who is Christ the Lord … Christ is Born,” and the inside says: “The Shepherds’ dark night was made light by God’s glory … Our darkness is made light by the light of Christ.”
The new card is expected to be featured in the Nov. 14 St. Louis Post-Dispatch among a variety of charity-sponsored Christmas cards.
