The Rev. Matthew Canion, pastor at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Waco, Texas, reports that he is ready to receive volunteers to start the rebuilding process in West, Texas, site of a destructive fertilizer plant explosion in April.
Canion says there is a need for experienced workers in the areas of brick masonry, drywall, electric, painting and general cleaning. Canion said the citizens of West currently have many needs to be met. Any groups who would like to help can contact him at 254-799-3211 or wecare@boundlessmercy.com.
