KFUO Audio: Religious freedom cases in the Supreme Court

People of Christian faith and religious institutions have come under increasing attack in recent years from secular forces, which often resort to litigation when they fail to achieve their legislative goals.

These challenges have come largely from pro-abortion, atheist and LGBT activist groups.

Many cases have been working their way up the judicial ladder, and some are now before the United States Supreme Court to be heard in the court’s current session.

Listen to Worldwide KFUO’s October Free to be Faithful® program as moderator Kip Allen and Jeremy Tedesco, senior counsel and vice president of U.S. Advocacy and Administration for Alliance Defending Freedom, discuss important pending cases that have significant ramifications for religious freedom in America.
