MEFFERD, Monroeville, Ind., have successfully completed all requirements of the Teacher Colloquy for placement into the ministry of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. — Dr. Debbie Arfsten, interim director of Colloquy, Concordia University Chicago, River Forest, Ill.
