Concordia Seminary, St. Louis (CSL), seeks candidates for a full-time hourly coordinator of Payroll and Accounts Payable. This position is responsible for maintaining all pay records and processing bi-weekly payrolls as well as maintaining daily accounts payable entries, processing of checks and reconciling the monthly accounts payable detail to the general ledger. The beginning pay range for this opportunity is $26.45 to $28.85 per hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in accounts payable.
- Minimum five years of experience processing payroll with an understanding of federal, state and local agencies to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package, with previous hands-on experience with payroll database system.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration required with an emphasis in Accounting preferred.
