Volunteer opportunity
Concordia Lutheran Institute for the Holy Ministry, Yambio, South Sudan, has been operating with the help of Lutheran Heritage Foundation (LHF), a Recognized Service Organization of the LCMS, for the past 30 years. Each year LHF recruits volunteer pastors and teachers to teach for 2-week segments. A recruit has had to drop out of a segment set for April 24–May 8, and LHF needs to fill that slot. Eighteen vicars are starting their final year of seminary on Feb. 6. Can you help? In addition, volunteers are needed for slots that are open August–December. To volunteer, or for more information, contact the Rev. Dr. Robert Rahn at rrahn@lhfmissions.org.
