Save the date: National March for Life

(LCMS/Erik M. Lunsford)

It was clear at the beginning, and it is just as clear today: God loves life. His proper work supports and upholds it, and it is because of His love and life-giving work that life-affirming work continues in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS).

Indeed, Lutherans love life. By the grace of God, we sing, pray and confess it. We share the message of life with our neighbors, and we look for opportunities to uphold life both privately — in our homes and among our closest friends — and publicly — in our churches, schools, communities and nation.

As part of the life-affirming work we are privileged to carry out in the world, Lutherans march for life, and the Rev. Dr. Matthew C. Harrison invites you to join him in that public confession at the 2027 National March for Life in Washington, D.C.

So, mark your calendars and plan to join the LCMS president at the largest pro-life march in the world on Friday, Jan. 22, 2027. Together, we will confess life!

More information will be arriving in inboxes soon! Questions? Email nationalmarch4life@lcms.org.
