The Synod’s Board of Directors has released a new “Board Briefs” to address Synod President Gerald Kieschnick’s report to the Synod on certain board actions, to cite concerns about some convention resolutions, and to list what it calls the board’s “significant accomplishments.”
“Board Briefs X,” the latest in the online Q&A features from the board, was released June 23. It is online at www.lcms.org/bod (click on “Board Briefs”).
The latest “Briefs” says that in its various communications, the board “has intended repeatedly to assure the Synod that it has no motive for its actions other than faithful services as it carries out its important responsibilities.”
