Sept. 30 is the nominations deadline for awards that Lutheran Church Extension Fund will present at its 2014 Fall Leadership Conference. The conference is set for Nov. 21-23 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County hotel in Garden Grove, Calif.
Each year, LCEF presents several awards — including those to a congregation or ministry that has been assisted by LCEF, an LCEF volunteer and a retired LCEF employee.
Any individual or organization in or affiliated with the The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) may submit a nomination. For award qualifications and nomination directions, visit lcef.org.
The mission of LCEF is to provide funds and services in support of the Great Commission through the LCMS. The not-for-profit organization provides low-cost loans and facility-planning services to churches and schools of the LCMS through the investment support of church members. For more information about LCEF, call 800-843-5233 or visit lcef.org.
