As the LCMS begins another convention, another Lutheran church body on the other side of the globe will soon begin a convention as well. The Indonesian Christian Lutheran Church (GKLI) will also host a convention a week after the LCMS.
Why does this matter? It’s a good question, and it’s a question I asked Rev. Charles Ferry, Area Director for Southeast Asia, in the interview included below.
