Scott Browning, principal of St. Paul Lutheran School in Fort Worth, Texas, presents a “birthday book” to a student at the school. Every Monday, Browning distributes books to students who have birthdays that week. The books are purchased by parents and presented to the children, who take them home for a brief time.
