Concordia Plan Services (CPS) has announced an enhanced focus on meeting the changing needs of LCMS ministries, workers and their families through an organizational restructuring. The restructuring further emphasizes those whom CPS serves as the center of all that the organization does.

“At Concordia Plans we aspire to be a true ministry partner and an advocate for LCMS workers, and these changes are a major step in that direction,” said Jim Sanft, Concordia Plans president and CEO.

The new structure more closely connects all organizational units that directly interact with CPS customers. Workgroups within CPS that are not directly customer-facing also support the overall customer experience. Chief among these is the Product group, which will be looking closely at the full range of products the organization offers to understand how they are meeting ministry and member needs today and in the future.

Ministries in the Concordia Plans are encouraged to reach out to their account manager to learn more about how CPS is enhancing the way they serve LCMS workers. For more information, visit concordiaplans.org or call 888-927-7526.
