We began the celebration at the beginning of this year, unveiling a new masthead to mark the 50th volume of Reporter.
Over the course of the year, we have included periodic “Reporter at 50” articles with short pieces about the history and development of the newspaper.
But Reporter wasn’t actually “born” until the month of October. So, the staff thought it would be appropriate, this month, to give a little more attention to marking a half-century of the official newspaper of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). Watch for more articles later this month.
