A participant at the 2019 Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) Leadership Conference in Houston assembles items for families with foster children during a servant event at the conference. The boxes contained ornaments, candy, movies and other Christmas activities. Over 150 boxes were prepared and will be delivered to Houston and Austin area families by LCMS Recognized Service Organization UpBring. (Lutheran Church Extension Fund)
