Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Ind., will hold its annual “Lutherfest” April 18.
A German meal will be served in Katherine Luther Dining Hall from 5 to 6:45 p.m., followed by a presentation on the history of the seminary in Sihler Auditorium at 7 p.m. Leading the presentation will be seminary faculty members Rev. Robert Roethemeyer, associate professor of pastoral ministry and missions, director of Library and Information Services, and executive assistant to the president for strategic planning; and Dr. Cameron MacKenzie, Ellis Professor of Historical Theology and chairman of the Department of Historical Theology.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children age 12 and under. Proceeds from Lutherfest will go toward refurbishing the Student Commons, with matching funds provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
