Concordia University, St. Paul, Minn., will host a workshop on Strategic Grant Development April 27-28.
The workshop, led by instructors from the Institute for Strategic Funding Development (ISFD) in Pasadena, Calif., is designed to teach the basics of grant writing to government, academic, research, health and nonprofit professionals new to grant writing, as well as those with grant-writing experience.
Topics to be covered include grant research, program planning, proposal writing and the proposal-submittal process.
Tuition for the two-day workshop is $498 — with a $25 discount for those who register by April 13 — and includes an ISFD Certificate of Completion accredited by Certified Fund Raising Executive International with 15 Continuing Education Units or 15 Contact Hours, a workbook, a Fundraising and Research CD, and consulting services with ISFD instructors and staff.
