    Most of these “difficult” issues reflect a fallen world. God’s purpose are reflected in the Creation. For example, marriage was instituted to be one man/ one woman for life. Polygamy, divorce, remarriage, and blended families, in terms of the institution of the family and in fulfillment of the mandate to “be fruitful and multiply,” are all results of the Fall, and while not necessarily evil all “miss the mark” in one or more ways, and are concessions to this age. They, like other temporal issues, such as illness or disability, gender confusion, and sexual attraction outside of marriage, will not exist in the age to come.
