Bylaw 3.3.3.1 (c) calls upon the Secretary of the Synod to “publish the names of the members of the Committee for Convention Nominations (CCN) in an official periodical of the Synod as soon as possible after they have been elected.”
All districts have now elected members of the Committee for Convention Nominations. As instructed by the bylaw, the following list of members is provided:

- Kansas – Rev. Daniel Grams
- Michigan – Dr. Stephen Boergert

- New England – Dr. Paul Edmon
- New Jersey – Rev. Gregory Jans
- North Dakota – Mr. Scott Pfennig
- Ohio – Rev. Philip Zielinski
- Rocky Mountain – Ms. Noreen Linke
- South Wisconsin – Rev. David P. Ramirez
- Southeastern – Mrs. Elizabeth Elgert
- Pacific Southwest – Rev. Derek S. Klemm
- Southern Illinois – Mr. Jeff W. Schwarz
- Texas – Rev. James M. Richardson Jr.
Members of member congregations of the Synod and other eligible nominators are reminded that the committee urgently needs nominations to work with. These are due by October 18, 2025.
