Concordia University, River Forest, Ill., invites applicants for the position of assistant coordinator of the DCE program. This full-time, tenure-track position in the department of leadership will begin spring 2004. In addition to serving as the assistant coordinator of the DCE program, this individual will be responsible for teaching educational leadership courses. Qualifications include a master’s degree in a DCE-related field, membership in The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod as a rostered DCE, and a minimum total of five years in an LCMS parish or parishes. The successful candidate also must have experience with teaching, administration and leadership. An earned doctorate in a DCE-related field is desirable.
