Three new vendors are now on the list of companies that provide discounts for LCMS churches and schools through the Synod’s Group Purchasing Agreement (GPA):
- Consolidated Fire Protection — the largest independently owned fire-protection and life-safety company in the United States — which designs, installs, repairs, services, and inspects such systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.
“All of our church and school buildings require an annual inspection,” said GPA Director Mike Magee. “So, why not use a well-respected service and receive a discount on that service?”
- Tandus — partnered with Office Depot (also a GPA contractor) — offering specialized floorcoverings, including carpeting and tile. Magee said that discounted flooring brands include Monterey, C&A, and Crossley.
- GameTime — a playground equipment manufacturer and vendor since 1929 — offering playgrounds, surfacing, accessories, site furnishing, and sports equipment, including entire turn-key playground set-ups.
GPA is a stewardship program of the Synod based in the General Services office at the LCMS International Center in St. Louis. For a complete list of all GPA vendors and for more information, visit www.lcms.org/gpa.
