Qualified candidates will be a development professional with a proven track record of fundraising success. The manager is needed to assist the director of International Ministries in building and managing the International Ministry Partnership program (Global Impact) between LHM and congregations/groups/individuals who wish to impact global outreach. The primary responsibilities are to identify, cultivate, solicit, close, and maintain relationships with congregations, groups, and individuals who desire to commit to outreach ministry involving LHM’s international ministry centers, supporting those centers with prayer, volunteerism, and financial gifts. Additionally, the manager identifies major donors within participating congregations and groups for the Ministry Advancement officer responsible for planned and major gifts in the related geographic area.
