Amid cheers and applause, LCMS and St. Louis leaders cut the ribbon Aug. 23 to recognize the completion of the first home in the Nazareth Homes development in the College Hill neighborhood.
LCMS National Housing Support Corp. (Lutheran Housing Support Corp.) is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate finished construction of the first home in its newest development – Nazareth Homes – in North St. Louis’ historic College Hill neighborhood.
LCMS National Housing Support Corp. (LHS) has been awarded a $55,000 tax credit allocation through the Missouri Housing Development Commission’s Affordable Housings Assistance Program (AHAP). The credits will be used to expand LHS’ affordable housing development efforts in the College Hill neighborhood of North St. Louis.
Companies that do business in Missouri are eligible to receive tax credits if they make a donation to Lutheran Housing Support’s Nazareth Homes project by June 30.
