Volunteers at some 160 ministry centers across the United States produce Christian materials in multiple languages for distribution in more than 130 countries.
Lutheran Federal Credit Union is inviting nominations by Aug. 31 for its newly-created Volunteer Leadership Award, designed to “recognize and thank remarkable volunteer leaders.”
Individuals and groups can spend a day, a week or more helping residents of the Beaumont, Port Arthur, Corpus Christi and Rockport areas whose lives were affected by the storm.
