The 1 John 3 Initiative Million Dollar Life Match will provide up to $1 million in matching funds to LCMS congregations involved in upholding the sanctity of life in their local communities.

The new volunteer track will allow more people to get involved, even if they don’t have a full week to commit.
The decision comes after an extensive, 18-month review of the LFC program that “revealed a number of critical issues impacting LFC operations.”
The milestone was reached with JILM’s recent gift of $40,000 for LCMS mission and ministry work in Sri Lanka, Russia and Romania.
