2026 LCMS convention Archives

The LCMS California-Nevada-Hawaii District met in convention May 15–17 in Sacramento, Calif.

The LCMS Southeastern District met in convention May 8–9 in Richmond, Va.

The Rev. Eric C. Johnson was elected on the first ballot.

The Rev. Dr. Allan Buss was elected on the first ballot.

The Rev. Brady L. Finnern was elected to his second term as district president on the first ballot.

The LCMS South Dakota District convention was held Feb. 16–18 in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The LCMS Southern Illinois District held its 60th convention Feb. 20–22.

The Rev. Mark A. Chepulis was elected president of the LCMS North Dakota District during the district’s 60th convention.

The Rev. Waldemar R. Vinovskis was elected to his third term as district president at the district’s 20th convention.
