For more than 30 years, thousands of Lutheran youth have participated in LCMS Servant Events, learning that serving others can make a difference because of Jesus Christ. LCMS Servant Events equip God’s people to grow in their faith through serving, sharing Christ and developing relationships.
The 2014 Youth Ministry Symposium, Jan. 9-11 in St. Louis, will explore the world of young adults, including the so-called “nones,” and our roles as the church to reach them.
The youth conferences are held at the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pa.; Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.; and Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Wash.
