The new award recognizes and thanks remarkable volunteers.
Lutheran Federal Credit Union is inviting nominations by Aug. 31 for its newly-created Volunteer Leadership Award, designed to “recognize and thank remarkable volunteer leaders.”
The Sept. 9-13 LCMS Council of Presidents meeting features an agenda with numerous guest speakers and topics.
The first individuals, congregation and district to join the new credit union serving the Synod note the benefits of membership.
Faithful stewardship and tithing are emphasized as means of funding local and synodwide missions.
“This is a credit union for today’s times,” says Tom Buuck, LFCU’s president and CEO, as he lays out its features and benefits.
