The Rev. Dr. Allan R. Buss was elected to his second three-year term as president of the LCMS Northern Illinois District at the district’s 60th convention, March 11–12.
The Rev. Stephen Gewecke was elected to his first term as president of the LCMS New Jersey District at the district’s 19th convention, held May 21 in Clinton, N.J.
The resource was developed by the LCMS Boards for National and International Mission, who were charged by the 2019 convention with providing a “joint report … offering ideas and guidance for proposing triennial mission and ministry emphases to the national convention.”
The Rev. Mark Miller of Springfield, Ill., was elected on the first ballot to his third term as president of the LCMS Central Illinois District at the district’s 59th convention.
The Rev. Dr. Paul A. Linnemann of Portland, Ore., was elected to his fourth three-year term as president of the LCMS Northwest District at the district’s 65th convention.
The Rev. Dr. Roger C. Paavola of Bartlett, Tenn., was elected to his third three-year term as president of the LCMS Mid-South District at the district’s 20th regular convention.
